Is Hardcore 360 a Good Workout?
Training on the 360’s unstable surface recruits more muscle fibers throughout each exercise, improving balance and core stabilization. The 360 unit also challenges coordination and overall strength.
- Coordination: The unstable surface of the 360 unit itself demands the coordination of the entire body to stabilize. When an exercise is added atop the 360, the body must coordinate muscles more strongly to be able to perform that exercise.
- Cardiovascular Fitness: Above all, this Hardcore 360 is a nonstop heart-training session. Regular cardiovascular exercise has been shown to lower blood pressure, regulate blood sugar, and build the immune system.
- Strength Training. The Cut round in each block of Hardcore 360 helps build bone density, increasing muscle fiber development, which boosts metabolism even at rest.
- Core Training. The Core round in each block of Hardcore 360 develops coordination throughout the body and supports posture and balance, reducing stress on joints. The core muscles engage immediately when working on an unstable surface. Increased training time on the 360 unit will strengthen the core muscles, including the abdomen, pelvic floor, middle back, and lower back.
- Balance Training. Training on the unstable surface of the Step 360 unit engages more muscle fibers, recruiting “weak spots” in the body more heavily to begin correcting imbalances.
How Difficult is Hardcore 360?

What Should I Wear to Hardcore 360?
Come ready to play. Typically, people wear sweat-wicking clothing that will offer ample coverage and will stay put and allow you to move with ease throughout the range of motion of exercises.
Cross Training Gym Shoes. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes that offer support and stability as you sprint, leap and lunge during class.
What do I need to Bring?
Hydrate, my friend! Make sure you have plenty of water with you. Also, pack a towel in your gym bag to catch your sweat, as you will be drenched. Most importantly, bring a great attitude and smile to share.
